Returns / Exchanges:

Our customers rule and we want to always take great care of them! We’ll take back any product within 30 days of purchase for any reason, no problem. We may ask a question or two about why you changed your mind to see if we can identify ways to improve our service to you. Note: If you are outside the 30 days, please contact us at 800-429-3446 or email jdahl@hitempo.com.

Should you need to return your product and it is in new condition we will refund you the full purchase price. The cost to return the item to us in not covered when the refund is due to a change of mind. If you are returning a kayak please contact us - there may be a re-stocking fee depending on the kayak and the condition.

*All returns that had free shipping will be charged a restocking fee of $5 USD. We do not accept returns for products that are clearly worn after 30 days unless it is a warranty issue. Returned product that is not cleaned will be assessed on a case by case basis.

*On sale items, return is for store credit or exchange only.

If you don’t have your packing slip, simply include a detailed note as to what you’d like to have us do (a return, warranty replacement, or exchange) along with your full name, telephone number, e-mail address, and the original Hi Tempo order number. Failure to include this information may result in a significant delay in processing.

Hi Tempo does not cover return shipping costs, so you are able to chose any return shipping method that you would like. We highly recommend using an insured method with tracking in case your shipment is lost in transit. Hi Tempo assumes no responsibility for a return or exchange that is lost in transit by the carrier.

Refunds:

In the case of a refund we will refund you as quickly as possible . Refunds are usually processed with in a day or two of us receiving your returned item. However in rare cases a refund may take up to 10 days to process. If you sent something in for a refund and have not seen a credit to your account then please give us a call at 800-429-3446. If there is any confusion regarding your return we may attempt to email or call you for clarification.

Refund Method:

We will refund you in the same method you maid your original purchase with. If for some reason your card has expired please call us with your new card information. Please do not email us sensitive card information. Thank you.


Exchanges / Warranty:

If a product doesn’t fit correctly or if there is a warranty issue, you can send it back to us for an exchange. Please be aware that replacement sizes are not guaranteed to be in stock, and exchanges may result in a delay in processing.

There is a $5 USD re-ship fee applied to all domestic exchanges once they have been processed. International customers are responsible for additional shipping costs on exchanges.

Warranty periods are typically 90 days from the date of purchase. Items returned for warranty after 90 days will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If it is a product defect we got your back as long as the product has not been abused or overused.
